Family Functioning
In congruence with family-centered approaches to therapy, RABL recognizes the central role of the family context in the mental health and social development of children and adolescents. Through the application of latent variable modeling, we explore the development and maintenance of behavior problems in children and adolescents with respect to the family ecology. Our hope is that our findings will serve to inform prevention and intervention strategies that address the needs of families with children and adolescents at risk for problem behaviors.
